Client Appointment Policy
- —Clients can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before start time.
- —A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to confirm your appointment. The deposit goes toward your treatment.

- —There is a 15-minute grace period. If you are more than 30 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled.
- —No Call / No Show will result in cancellation and forfeiture of your deposit.
Training Enrollment Policy
- —A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to secure your training slot.
- —No training slot will be held without a deposit.
- —Certification is only granted after the student has demonstrated understanding and technique during training.
